Remember, It’s completely normal to have negative thoughts, no one can be positive all the time. What matters the most is how one reacts when they end up feeling negative.
Either you can overthink and make everything further complex, or you analyze what’s exactly bothering you and work in that direction to resolve the self-dought.
Ultimately, It’s your own choice that defines the outcome. Negative or positive is just an emotion, what really matters is how one reacts when one encounters any of them.
Not losing hope is the best answer to any tough situation. Live life to the fullest, don’t let small issues bring you down. Realize that problems are also a part of our life and the best way to overcome them is to work towards them and not to run away from them.
