Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.
Buddha

Meaning of this quote:

Do not dwell in the past, don’t let the past takes up all space. don’t be anxious about the future. all we have at this moment is the “present moment.”

We can’t live or change the past and the future is imaginary, the present moment is all we have.

Don’t let the past takes so much time, learn from it, reshape your present moment and build your future. The idea is to do our best today because today is what we have.

we neither get back to yesterday nor jump into tomorrow.

Live in the present moment

Past or future is nonexistent, all we have is the present moment to reshape and enhance ourselves.

Learning to live in the present moment is an art, live and feel each and every second of your life. our time is limited, don’t waste it regretting about the past or worrying about the future.

Make a plan, execute it and fully utilize your today for a better tomorrow.

What you do today determines your tomorrow.

Learning to live in the present moment is the key to success and happiness. today is the best day to start working because all we have is today anything else is just an imaginary.

Our past teaches us the best lessons, learn from it and move on. don’t regret or think too much, just learn from it and keep moving forward.

Remember, we can’t change anything from our past, have the willingness to accept what we can’t change. Instead, we can put it into the effort and try to make our today better, joyful, and fulfilled.

Present moment is all we have

Past and present are an illusion, the present moment is all we have.

Start focusing on the present and stop worrying about the past, remember worrying or overthinking about it is not going to fix an issue.

Consider the present moment as a gift and utilize it in a way that makes you happy, fulfilled, and closer to your goal.

Bil Keane, once said: “Yesterday’s the past, tomorrow’s the future, but today is a gift. That’s why it’s called the present.

Remember, what we do today shapes our future. and certainly regrating about the past or being anxious about the future is not going to make our future better.

Learn from your mistakes, have a goal, and separate it into individual tasks and keep executing it each and every day. Focus on a single task and aim to do it in the best way possible than the last one.

Learn from the past

Do not dwell in the past, instead learn from it because that’s the only important role of the past. Implement what the past has taught you in your present for a better tomorrow. Try to take it in a positive way.

Life gives you plenty of time to do whatever you want to do if you stay in the present moment. – Deepak Chopra

Stay focused, feel each and every second of your present, whatever you do, focus your 100% on it.

You will realize you have plenty of time when you spend on the things which matter.

Eckhart Tolle, once said: “The power for creating a better future is contained in the present moment: You create a good future by creating a good present.

Embrace your inner self, be grateful for everything and consider the present moment as the gift. The present is all we have so make it count.
