Silence is a source of great strength.

Silence is a source of great strength.
Lao Tzu

Meaning of this quote:

There is something powerful in silence. Even silence is a form of communication. Isn’t it true that sometimes we say a lot without saying anything at all?

Many of us are naturally quiet, while others practice being silent to make themselves stand out. In communication, silence can signify attentiveness and observance.

It is an art to know when to speak and when not to speak. It is always the words you choose that have the most impact, not the volume in your voice.

Only speak when your words matter more than your silence. The key to success is effective communication, and listening skills and verbal communication skills go hand in hand.

Every word you utter matters

The significance of every potential great thing may be diminished when it is in abundance, and the same is true for your words.

To make your word count, count your word. Every word you utter matters. Choose the right words to give value to it. The less is more, try to package it in a concise and clear manner to make your words even more effective and engaging.

The sound of silence is an effective communication tool. If you find yourself out of words, take a moment to reflect, gather the best words and carry on. The key is to say what matters most.
